A 50% payment is required to confirm your booking. Reservations are guaranteed once the payment is received.

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in receive a full refund.
• Cancellations between 30 and 20 days before check-in will forfeit 50% of the total amount.
• Cancellations less than 20 days before check-in will forfeit 100% of the total amount.
• No refunds for missed flights or unused rooms. We recommend securing travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances.

• Rebooking is available up to 30 days before your arrival and can be rescheduled within 6 months.
• Rebooking is allowed if all flights to Siargao are canceled due to weather or other uncontrollable circumstances.

• Refunds will be processed with deductions for any applicable bank or payment fees.

   

• We maintain a smoke-free environment indoors, with smoking allowed only in designated outdoor areas such as villa balconies, in accordance with the national smoke ban.

• Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment. Please report disturbances to the front desk.

• Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in and provide a valid government-issued ID.

• Visitors must register at the front desk and are not allowed after 8:00 PM. Visitors may not use guest amenities such as breakfast, pool, or showers. Unregistered guests staying overnight will incur additional charges.

• Daily housekeeping is available from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Management reserves the right to enter rooms for cleaning, maintenance, or safety reasons.

    Exceeding the occupancy limits may result in additional charges or refusal of service.

• • Lost items will be held for 14 days. Shipping fees apply for items requested to be returned.

• Parties and excessive noise are prohibited. Non-registered guests must leave by 10:00 PM. Violations may result in eviction without a refund.

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the guest. Legal action may be taken for serious damages.

• Pets are not allowed at the resort.
