Cogon Tropical Resort Policies
Check-In/Check-Out:
- Check-In: 2:00 PM
- Check-Out: 12:00 PM
Payment Policy:
A 50% payment is required to confirm your booking. Reservations are guaranteed once the payment is received.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in receive a full refund.
- Cancellations between 30 and 20 days before check-in will forfeit 50% of the total amount.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before check-in will forfeit 100% of the total amount.
- There are no refunds for missed flights or unused rooms. We recommend securing travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances.
Rebooking Policy:
- Rebooking is available up to 30 days before your arrival and can be rescheduled within 6 months.
- Rebooking is allowed if all flights to Siargao are canceled due to weather or other uncontrollable circumstances.
Refund Policy:
Refunds will be processed with deductions for any applicable bank or payment fees.
Resort Policies:
Smoke-Free Policy:
We maintain a smoke-free environment indoors, and smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas, such as villa balconies, in accordance with the national smoke ban.
Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment. Please report disturbances to the front desk.
Check-In Requirements:
Guests must be 18 years old to check in and provide a valid government-issued ID.
Visitor Policy:
Visitors must register at the front desk and are not allowed after 8:00 PM. Visitors may not use guest amenities such as breakfast, pool, or showers. Unregistered guests staying overnight will incur additional charges.
Housekeeping & Room Access:
Daily housekeeping is available from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Management reserves the right to enter rooms for cleaning, maintenance, or safety reasons.
Maximum Occupancy:
- Deluxe King: 3 guests maximum
- Deluxe Twin: 4 guests maximum
Exceeding the occupancy limits may result in additional charges or refusal of service.
Wi-Fi Access:
Free Wi-Fi is available for all registered guests. Signal strength may vary by location and other factors.
Lost & Found:
Lost items will be held for 14 days. Shipping fees apply for items requested to be returned.
No In-Room Parties:
Parties and excessive noise are prohibited. Non-registered guests must leave by 10:00 PM. Violations may result in eviction without a refund.
Damage to Property:
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the guest. Legal action may be taken for serious damages.
Pet Policy:
Pets are not allowed at the resort.

Policies are subject to change without prior notice. Please check with the front desk or our website for the latest updates.
